Amazing experience with white&ivory!

Knew what I wanted in my engagement ring. They didn’t sway or sell me any other way. They ordered a selection of stones for me to pick out. I gave them my fiancé’s information and they discreetly contacted him. They knew him by name when he came to pick the ring up, this was a month later. Great customer service and have nothing but good reviews for them.

In addition, I use them to clean my other rings and they always do a great job.

We had the best experience with White and Ivory!

We brought two family pieces in to have them redesigned into an engagement ring. The W&I team created the most perfect piece of jewelry! From design to pick up, the ladies had been amazing to work with. They are so patient and helpful. They even suggested to replace the diamonds in the family pieces to keep them intact. The ring so sentimental and special. I cannot thank them enough for their beautiful work and for preserving our family heirlooms.

I gave them my 18k gold stud earrings to get new posts and they used gold with some type of fuller that made my ears break out and bleed twice. No apologies or even telling me that they couldn't do screw on posts which is what mine were. I also asked to them to put a fake diamond in my ring because the real diamond had been stolen and I paid almost $500 only to have it crack and scratch only to be told what do you expect from glass. My drinking glasses don't get scratched or crack so why did my ring. Again no apologies or offer to fix it even though I have brought to their attention quite a few times. If they can't do somethi g, say so instead of taking my money. Will not be using them again and no not recommend using them unless you want to throw away your money.

Alina and her mom are amazing! They did a stunning job on me and my fiancés wedding rings! Alina was able to take my grandmothers jewelry and turn it into some beautiful pieces! If you have any jewelry that you don’t use or any family heirloom that you want to turn into something you would wear, take it to them! I went everywhere trying to find the best prices, and they were by far the best price for custom work. Ketterman’s custom jewelry starts at 2,200 for only one piece of jewelry and the process takes forever. When I took my jewelry here, Alina quickly picked up on my style and created a sketch the same day, and the price for both rings were only 1400! They are also Christians which I love and that is why their business thrives so well! I love how honest and sweet they are and I could not support them enough!

My engagement ring and wedding band were soldered upside down at a different jeweler. When I went to have it fixed I was told the work would be done for free, but they would charge me for the cracks on my ring because it was old (but my engagement ring was only 1 year old.)

I decided to take the ring to White & Ivory and they were so kind and understanding. They quoted me a fair price and did the most wonderful job fixing my ring. They soldered it better than the precious jeweler - and fixed up what was not done well before. I wish I had gone from them from the start! I am so thankful for them and love my ring.

My husband and I had to rush our custom order after an online jewelry store order completely fell through, but White and Ivory were able to accommodate us and even were able to special order my center stone on time. We received the ring in April but I wanted to wait till we had our post-covid wedding photos to really show off the craftmanship.

I had been incredibly nervous after our online shopping experience but the staff at White and Ivory were fantastic. They weren't pushy at all, I never felt rushed, and they have a super cute little dog-which is just bonus points really.

I couldn't be more thrilled about the final product. I would recommend their services to anyone.
