My husband commissioned Vale Jewelry to make me an engagement ring . Well, I must say that I was shocked when I found out. The stone is just gorgeous. The setting was a little tricky but the Vale girls, Eva and Ava walked me thru the process. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I am so excited. The selection was quite large but with their assistance and their expertise It made the process so easy and so pleasurable. Eva and Ava have many years of knowledge and an eye for fine jewelry. Working with Vale jewelry from wax to finish for my engagement ring has been nothing but a pleasure . I would recommend them for engagement rings, unusual neck pieces and different types of earrings. They can design whatever you want.

My fiancé and I had seen a handful of jewelers before our first Vale appointment. After the appointment, I knew we needed to look no further.

Not only did their collection of engagement rings stun both me and my partner, but their knowledge and explanation of diamond grading helped us understand the value of what we were looking at.

As someone who knew little about gemology, Ava and Eva both educated and guided us throughout the entire buying process. They answered every question I had in great detail and made the entire experience smooth sailing. They were able to differentiate what's considered trending and timeless and drew our attention to specific ring/band pairings, which was very useful to us when narrowing down our options.

Their customer service was also top notch. They presented themselves in the most friendly and professional manner. They followed up shortly after our meeting, replied quickly, and were flexible with their schedule. The ring was resized and ready the same week it was purchased.

I’m not a jewelry expert by any means, but I have always wanted a unique opal necklace as it’s my birthstone. With the majority of opal jewelry using the white/rainbow looking stone, I went on a hunt for a black opal or something different. Vale had some beautiful opal pieces but none with the color I wanted, so I asked if they did customizations and if they would be able to use black opals. Not only did they do customizations, but they helped me navigate what kind of stone I should actually opt for to achieve my desired look (a boulder opal), and they were able to give me options of the specific stone to choose from. They provided updates every step of the way and finished it faster than anticipated. The quality of the necklace is unparalleled and I really am just obsessed with the necklace. If you want something that’s one of a kind, beautiful, and made with the utmost care, you can’t go wrong with Vale.

I was really unsure what kind of ring I wanted going into the shopping experience but knew I wanted something special that was also timeless. I worked with Ava throughout my experience and she was THE BEST - extremely responsive, empathetic, and warm. In my first appointment at Vale, I had free rein to look through their inventory and select the rings I wanted to try on. I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated their openness to let me explore. As I tried on different styles, Ava listened to my feedback and took notes on what I was saying, and even what I wasn’t saying, to compile a summary of styles and features I was drawn to. As someone who didn’t know what they wanted, it was amazing to hear her read back what she was hearing me say and feel so connected to her summary!

From there, Ava sourced different stones for me to see that were aligned to what I was liking. She was great at communicating each step of the process and I loved the level of transparency she gave throughout. It can be a scary and intimidating purchase, and the level of care Ava took built trust for us that we were making the right decisions. After doing some homework on diamonds and engagement rings, I also felt confident that we were receiving fair market value, even after deciding to go with a bespoke design.

I was really excited to get a unique ring, and thoroughly enjoyed having a seat at the table when it came to design and decisions. Again, Ava was amazing to work with, giving thoughtful expert feedback while also listening to what I wanted in the ring. She kept me up to date throughout the design process, which allowed me to be involved as much or as little as I wanted. Together, we designed my DREAM ring which is better than I could have even imagined going into our first appointment. It is perfectly unique yet classic and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Ava and Eva provide incredible attention to detail and have grown to know our style and preferences. I appreciate how Ava and Eva take special care in sourcing stones whether it's a diamond, sapphire, or tourmaline.

I recently worked with them on a custom ring. While we only spent about an hour discussing what I was looking for, I went with the first design they made with no changes. Ava was insistent on seeking various stones to make sure I was comfortable with the final choices. I look forward to continuing to work with them!

Working with Vale was an actual dream. I've never been a ring person, and I was still on the fence about whether I wanted an engagement ring to begin with. My boyfriend (now fiancé!!!!) and I still figured it was worth looking around and seeing if any rings resonated with me. Vale was our first ring appointment, and we figured it would be a good way to get started. Spoiler: by the end of the first appointment I knew that I would get an engagement ring from vale, and that there was no point in booking appointments anywhere else. Eva was incredible. She made the entire process so easy, and was so receptive to the modifications I wanted to make along the way. I ended up selecting an existing Vale setting with minor adjustments, and picking a diamond from the options that Eva presented us with. Choosing a diamond was honestly the most nerve-wracking part, but Eva nailed it and found us the brownish-yellow diamond of my dreams (Vale knows their stones. Seriously). Not only that, every appointment was SO FUN! Eva and Ava are so knowledgable about gemstones and rings and were happy to answer all of our questions. My ring is perfect for me in every way, and I'm honestly blown away that I feel this way about a piece of jewelry. Even as I'm writing this review, I can't stop getting distracted by the absolute sparkle perfection on my finger. I honestly just feel so grateful that we found Vale in the first place.
