Esta empresa es FRAUDE. Compré desde diciembre un anillo y nunca me llegó. “Me resolvieron” dándome un crédito en tienda con otro artículo que pedí y tampoco ha llegado. Ya casi pasó un mes y pagué por el envío express DHL (2 a 3 días hábiles) y es hora que no me mandan la guía. Una lástima, muy mala imagen no deberían de estar en tiendas como revolve que se supone dan confianza al cliente.

I bought a nameplate from The M Jewelers in 2020 to represent my busted pancreas with my own “funky” Diabetic necklace. I broke the chain and was delighted to find out I could bring it in for repair and some redipping. Unfortunately due to life I was unable to make the time to pick up the necklace for 2 months.
When I finally made my way the M jewelry team unfortunately could not find it and told me it may have been sent back to their midtown repair spot.
I want to preface this review with how kind everyone at M jewelry was and their efforts to track it down.
Today I received an email saying that they believe it was lost and they kindly remade and replaced my necklace. The necklace I received was almost exactly the same as the original and honestly in my opinion it looks and feels better than the original.
The M Jewelers will definitely get more business from me. Not only because I love the necklace but because of how everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and generous with their time and efforts to get this back to me. They had no communication from me for 2 months and could have written me off. Small businesses have things happen that are out of their control when more than one party is involved, but the way they treat their customers when stuff like this happens is a true reflection of a good business and wonderful employees. Anyways, thanks again M Jewelers team.

Hello! I want to let everyone know that I finally received my package! M Jewelers reached out to fix a mistake that was on them. Much appreciated!!!

I’m all for delayed gratification, but M Jewelers has truly redefined my patience levels (not in a good way). I placed an order for a necklace at their NYC store on September 14. The staff assured me the piece would arrive in 3-4 weeks—a manageable wait for a lovely item, or so I thought.

Fast forward to TODAY, and here I am, necklace-less and getting a masterclass in how to dodge direct answers. I’ve asked about my order’s status, hoping for clarity, only to receive the unhelpful reply: “You will receive your order, but I do not have the estimated shipping time.” After two months, you still have no clue when it’s shipping? Come on!

I figured cancelling the order would be straightforward. After all, the purchase was made in the store, so where exactly did things start to go wrong? And yet, my cancellation request went nowhere. It feels like M Jewelers took the phrase “leave ‘em hanging” to heart.

If you’re looking for an experience that combines disappointment, radio silence, and a chain of vague responses (without actually getting the jewelry), M Jewelers has got you covered.

I had an initial disappointing experience— I ordered a necklace with a colored stone and it was defective. I emailed the company, they responded very quickly and agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement was still poor quality. They ended up issuing me a gift card. I ordered the 1111 necklace, which did take some time to arrive, however, it’s beautiful. I then order the circle M initial and couldn’t be happier! I turned out to be very happy with my purchases.

There were many delays (a little over a month) to my order and couple of mistakes. I sent in a 14 k gold chain to get fixed since one of the links had broken. although that was fixed many of the individual links itself were bent (pics included). Another item, a 14 k gold Guadalupe pendant even coming back to me without Guadalupe herself. The young ladies that work there were helpful & great, doing their best to help me get my items but ultimately it came down to my actual jewelry being damaged. I was debating on reviewing since it occurred about a month ago but believe my review will help others. This was a my experience can’t say everyone will have the same one.

The store with the best quality gold, personalized pieces. Excellent customer service, with great care and dedication to the customer. The delivery time of the pieces is very efficient and on time, and the response time is very fast. I recommend the jewelry store to everyone. Visit us and you will be enchanted by every detail of each piece and will want to come back. Much success, and I have great affection for the team and the founders of the jewelry store.

So I bought a necklace from here two days ago. I was so excited to try my new peace on. Lol when I tell you this necklace broke the minute I tried to open it. The quality is so bad I wouldn't buy from this place unless you live close cause I'm from Canada and I doubt there is anything that can be done now.

I went into the store back in January 2024, the workers were very sweet, they helped me order a custom bracelet that said it would take 4-6 weeks to come in. At the 6 week mark, they said they no longer make that bracelet. Fast forward to August 2024, and I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve reached out to customer service every week and they said “they can’t give refunds right now because they are moving” never heard of that. This company just takes peoples money and then doesn’t answer. This is not the first time they did this. HORRIBLE!
