An incredible store ran by an incredible team! Wanted to surprise my partner for our anniversary and, with the guidance of their staff, was able to create a hand engraved necklace. Such a fun date spot or activity to do with your family & friends. And since its location is in the heart of Downtown Carlsbad, grab a bite to eat or drink after. 10/10 would recommend!

Teressa was so accommodating to our last minute request for an appointment. We wanted to do matching grandma, mother, and daughter bracelets! My mom & I did anklets and my daughter (age 7) did a bracelet. She has solid gold, gold filled, and silver options. We went to a few places all around San Diego and let me tell you that nobody compares to Teressa Lane. She hand makes all the jewelry and the experience is so personalized and absolutely lovely!! I honestly want to do more because it was so fun. Right after, I called my best friend so I could convince her to do another with me.

TLDR: great customer service and fantastic product

I came in with my sister to do a bonded jewelry appointment. We chose a chain that was interspersed with crystals. It was gorgeous and dainty and I loved it.

here’s where they went above and beyond; after an hour or two I noticed the way the chain was cut made it so I didn’t have any crystals for nearly a wrist span…fine let me see if it bothers me in a day. Well two days later not only did it bother me but it was driving me nuts. It made the whole bracelet fall so that it felt like I could never see the crystals. I reached out to customer service and they let me come in and re-fit the chain!!! Everyone very much had the attitude that this was something I would wear for years (hopefully forever!) and I should be 100% in love. They re-fit, re-cut, and I’m in love!!!!

So now not only do I have a beautiful bracelet and memory with my sister, but a story about how nice everyone was!

From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was treated wonderfully by Teressa as well others in the shop. I ended up walking out with several pieces of bonded jewelry and a few other items. They were patient with all of my questions and did a fantastic job with the bonding of my anklets and bracelets. Highly recommend.

The cutest little shop in north Carlsbad village . We went for permanent jewelry appointments and it was an end to end perfect experience. We walked out deciding to make it a yearly ritual.

We found Teressa Lane Jewelry, we were interested in the bonded jewelry. We had so much fun, grandmother, daughter, and granddaughter all getting bonded bracelets and anklets. What a fun place and the jewelry is beautiful.
