Reid made a necklace out of the stone in my late grandfathers ring. I never take it off, but noticed a piece would get caught and was worried it would ruin it! My mom took it back to him and he fixed it perfectly and quickly! Aside from my wedding ring, it’s my most important piece of jewelry and the time and care he put into it is beyond 5 star ratings! I have done business with Strauch Obermiller & Son since the 80's and can honestly say they have the best quality jewelry and repair service around. I have never had a bad experience or have been dissatisfied in all the years. They are the most pleasant and honest people I have ever done business with. These people are amazing!!! I had a diamond from my wedding rings that I hadn't been able to wear for 15 years. I also had a wedding band that was my mother's and these wonderful people took the two and made it into a beautiful ring that I wear everyday. i can't begin to thank them!!! they lost a sale to make something wonderful. because I was ready to buy a ring set to place the diamond in and they suggested putting them together my mother's ring and the diamond..
