This ain’t Macy’s-

I purchased hoop earrings and discussed with the representative that I’m allergic to metal, not gold. She assured me that the posts were gold but that if I had an allergic reaction that I could return it.

I was here on vacation and just returned this week. I came in today and the sales lady said- you’ve had the earrings too long- no return, no same store credit for the $1600 earrings. If I wanted the manager says you could buy $3200 of merchandise and then get $1600 towards that item.

First- shame on Shane Co.

Second- try not to sell fake metal and then customers would not need to return it.

Third- lousy return policy, sad customer service and you just lost my business and respect.

I am overwhelmed with joy, the presentation was absolutely beautiful! The bag, the box with ribbon… I didn’t want to take it off! The site itself was easy to navigate. It was very easy to filter what I wanted, and plenty of images including a 360 view of the stones were provided to make sure I as a customer was receiving exactly what I wanted.

Special thanks to Jillian for helping me through the order process. Initially, I had only one question, but she was able to resolve my concern and help me process my order. 🙂

Edit: The ring was beautiful, but unfortunately the size was wrong. My partner loved it until her finger turned purple. The associate at the store confirmed the size was actually a 6.5 instead of the 8.5. Luckily, it was a simple process to have it resized. On the bright side, she did say yes.

We came in on a Friday evening and they were a bit busy. My only complaint is that no one greeted us and we had to go find someone to help us at first, but after that everything was AMAZING.

We worked with Derek to put together my perfect ring. He was so helpful, answered all our questions, and gave good suggestions and advice. I never felt pressured to buy anything or that he was just trying to sell us something. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and it’s some of the best I’ve ever gotten. While he told us the sales rep we deal with doesn’t matter since they aren’t commission based I will only be dealing with him as long as he is there.

My ring is stunning. Shiny, good quality, and I can tell it’s built well. My ring needed to be sized and the diamond set into it which took a week. We ordered it Saturday and it was ready for pickup on Friday.

Beautiful jewelry and great customer service. We’ll definitely be back to see Derek more.

Ask for Lori. I was trying to figure out if a marquise cut engagement ring would work with the contour band I really wanted. After hours of looking, I used the chat on The Shane Co. website. Lori was able to send me pictures of what it would look like and she even changed the orientation of the marquise stone to an east west setting that allowed the ring to work with the band, which fit much better! She was so helpful, very nice, she did everything, and even ordered the rings for me! I would have never thought a chat box would be so useful.

Angela was wonderful. We came in just to look, had no idea what we wanted for an engagement ring and just wanted to test the waters. She was very patient, listened to what we found we liked or didn't, was conscious about our budget and didn’t pressure us at all. She gave us all the information and really took time with us. Our experience was SO good. We actually ended up getting a ring and it’s absolutely perfect. We are SO grateful for Angela’s time with us and all her help. Highly recommend this location.
