DO NOT shop here! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were in Palm Springs for spring break but had to drive to San Diego to fly back. My daughter begged to go here knowing there was storefront. We only had a few minutes. This was only stop made besides filling rental gas tank. She paid full price for necklace only to find hours later, same necklace was 30% online. She messaged customer service. Rogelyn explained promotions were different online and in person and they would do NOTHING for her. I called and spoke with a manager who also said they would do nothing and hung up the phone on me! I’m telling everyone I know not to support this business that is clearly going to go under in a matter of time.

I visit the store today around 1:00pm with my husband and the cashier didn’t welcome us (which is fine) but my husband asked me what does “pura vida” means and I was trying to explain the context but she just rudely interrupted me and said: the translation is literally in the wall. I kept the conversation with my husband and she just interrupted us again. We ended up leaving. She made our experience at the store very uncomfortable.

It took a long time to receive my package but the customer rep was really kind and helpful. I bought two of the sloth bracelets and although they’re really cute they’re not the best material and it’s difficult to adjust the size. Loved the wave ring!

I bought a $24 spinning ring and it didn't last a week. It stopped spinning and the color started coming off, tinting my finger green

Purchased an item on Saturday from their website and asked to changed the shipping address. They said they couldn't and the order was being processed on Sunday. Fast forward to Wednesday of that week, the order still has not shipped.

Terrible service and do not recommend.

I don't know about their stores but their website sucks. After joining both subscriptions and ordering several pieces, i've run into a lot of trouble getting my last pieces that i've ordered and paid for with no response from them. This is horrible customer service. I've been trying for over a month now to receive the bracelet I ordered 2 months ago. So after several emails and no response? I'm giving this A1I would give them a 0 but I can't do that.

My friend and I went to Pura Vida based on a testimonial from a social media influencer on Instagram.

It was a Friday night, and we went to have dinner and drinks. We ordered the dynamite shrimps and the Mexican salad. The dynamite shrimps were served very fast (within five minutes) which was a bit fishy. Such an order could not be served that quick. The sauce was OK, it mostly mayonnaise and some herbs.

The Mexican salad however did not have anything Mexican about it. The chicken was tasting funny and served very cold. And the avocado was not ripe. Even the menu mentioned that the salad is served with tortilla, however it was not.

For my first time going here, it was such an amazing experience for me and one that I will never forget. The staff were extremely friendly and there incase you need any helping finding a specific bracelet, jewelry, etc. the grand opening was such a blast with the free bracelets, stickers, food/drinks, giveaways, and so much more to take home despite having to wait in a huge line but I knew this was gonna happen during a grand opening celebration. Therefore overall, highly recommended this place and be prepared to be amazed by the variety they have and to at least come out with a bag of items like I did “Lol”.
