I went into Mees Jewelry very devastated from the damage that EM Smith Jeweler had done to my wedding rings. My wedding band was completely ruined and Taylor ,from EM Smith Jeweler, had refused to repair my wedding band that they had originally damaged. After speaking with Carrie at Mees, she had told me that they could repair/replace my wedding band back to match my engagement ring. After the experience I have had with EM Smith Jeweler I was quite skeptical and not very trustworthy. My wedding band no longer matched my engagement ring and was beyond repair. We had even purchased the lifetime warranty when purchasing the rings from EM Smuth Jeweler. I decided to take the leap for the repair through the Goldsmith of Mees Jewelry and was extremely surprised, shocked and satisfied with my wedding band. Mees Jewelry went above and beyond to repair my wedding set. I am completely grateful for the outstanding service and care that they had provided me. I couldn't be happier with my wedding rings !!! Thank you so much for restoring my faith and my wedding set. The first 4 photos are from the damage that was caused my EM Smith Jeweler. The last photo is after the repairs from Mees Jeweler

I went to Mee's to see if they could put a custom band on my watch for me. Matt was excellent to work with. The price was very reasonable. The customer service received was absolutely fantastic!!

The guy at the front desk was very rude. If you are going to be in customer service please have social skills. There was a nice way to say what he wanted to say but that did not happen. I am very disappointed. The owner of Mees jewelry is very lovely but this guy was despicable. I suggest testing your employees niceness before hiring.

Very friendly, great service! I was very happy that I was able to bring my watch in and have the links adjusted and the battery put in immediately. I had stopped at EM Smith jewelers first Because they were closer to my house, they told me they were closed on Mondays. I would have to leave the watch. The jeweler would look at it on Tuesday and there was still no guarantee. It would be done on Tuesday. I called Meese Jewelry and they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend their service not only did they service my watch, but they also cleaned it. I am very satisfied. And I will drive the extra distance and come here first next time.

Super fast and friendly from the beginning! I ended up with something better than I had hoped for and Porsche was absolutely amazing! I'd recommend a million percent for any jewelry needs!thank you Porsche for helping me find my engagement/wedding band combo! It shows me completely and I can't WAIT to wear it for the rest of my life!
