I was connected with Jaclyn Powell regarding my wedding "Till Death" wedding bands. I was a little nervous ordering this online all the way from Ottawa, Canada but Jaclyn set up a video appointment and melted all of my worries away. I even got my rings cleaned while deciding between a stacking ring, which was the cherry on top. Wow wow wow. Several months ago, I brought in a few heirloom pieces that I wanted to redesign to Marrow and Fine. L was the associate who helped me through the whole process of turning my heirloom 80s pieces I never wore - to beautiful creations I will treasure forever. I loved the process went in phases, especially the stone selection phase. L was so great and patient with my indecisiveness I was able to get a couple of options to ease my mind. If you’re thinking about coming here for engagement rings or heirloom redesign - just do it. The care and quality here was really impressive.

I found Marrow through their incredible social media marketing campaign, and I’ve been a fan for YEARS. It would be extremely difficult for me to have anything bad to say and YET they still surpassed my expectations. From emailing the website for a design consult, to emailing back and forth with Lisa Kohler, to visiting the store in person and finding the most perfect bands to fit my unique ring— 15/10! Lisa was a pleasure to work with, and once the order was placed, she communicated and made me very aware of shipping times and companies. I was quoted 6-8 weeks and rings arrived in 4! I am recently divorced & i wanted to take the diamond from my engagement ring & make something completely new & just for me. I chose to honor myself, & my 2 dogs who helped me through the divorce. My boy dog unfortunately passed away but thankfully I still have my girl dog. The champagne diamond that L & the team picked matched my girl dog's fur color perfectly! The black onyx for my boy dog is stunning.
