Very disappointed I bought one necklace of pearls for me there and I was literally conned. I chose a 78 euro necklace, but, becouse it was larger than I wanted it, the salesperson in the shop said they would make me a different one that fits. I was literally on my way to the airport and wanted to shop smth for my son too, so I didn’t check what exactly they did. I trusted they would do as agreed. In the airoport I looked at the necklace and it turnes out they did not make another but put there a way less expensive one instead. The lock is not silver, as it was supposed to be and as I paid for it to be and the color of the pearls is way less bright. Practicly I paid 78 euro for a 22 euro necklace. I contacted them about it and never got a reply. TO AVOID. Shame on them !

Wonderful experience buying pearls for a wedding from here. Anna was so helpful. She listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions. The necklace I loved was too short, so they added extra pearls to it for me. A really beautiful and special necklace. The shop has some fantastic stock and amazing service. All in all, a wonderful memory made.

Geweldige service ! Pakketje met oorbellen was per post kwijt geraakt. Victoria heeft alle moeite gedaan om het te achterhalen; Geen moeite was haar te veel. Uiteindelijk gratis nieuwe oorbellen gestuurd.
