Special thanks to Sergio! He assisted me with trading in old jewelry for something new and beautiful. In celebration of my 10 year wedding anniversary, I wanted something to compliment my original wedding set and Sergio designed a beautiful and classic ring. He was patient and kind, explaining all I needed to know about diamonds. He even went above and beyond to see that I received my custom ring the very next day! Ketterman’s does a wonderful job with serving clients well and creating lovely jewelry!

Great service! They followed up consistently and were very attentive and explanatory with answers to any questions I had. I brought two family pieces into Ketterman’s and asked if they could redesign them into an engagement ring. They took a look the pieces and asked to bring them into the back for Mr. Ketterman to see. When the woman returned, she told me it was not worth repurposing the pieces, and she would instead buy the pieces from me. It honestly felt offensive to be offered money for my family heirlooms. We went elsewhere and had the most perfect engagement ring made with the two pieces.

Ketterman’s feels like family. Shannon took great patience with my choices with ordering new jewelry and redesigning old jewelry. I cannot say enough how positive my experience was. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Love this place!!! They have high-quality beautiful jewelry from well-known designers and also do custom work as well as repairs. Not to mention they are dog friendly and you can buy chocolate chocolate truffles when you’re there. What’s not to like?!

Poor quality work, unprofessional
My engagement ring was re-sized incorrectly, re-sized but the band was bent and had flaws and is now back there for the 3rd time. They also placed an heirloom wedding band inside another band that we wanted removed. Their solution? Cut an eternity band into pieces and make earrings to get the heirloom out. Nice. Last, at a previous visit, an associate wore my engagement ring and wedding band with my grandmother's ring inside. Where I come from, you don't wear other women's engagement and wedding rings. To that point, only my grandmother and I had been the ones to wear her ring. Not anymore.
