A BREATH OF FRESH AIR

After several frustrating visits at another Kay Jewelers location, I've finally found some relief here at the International Mall location.

I had so much anxiety from my previous experiences, but the moment i walked through the door and was greeted, i felt that i could let my guard down.

I didn't have to wait long before Destiny assisted me. She assured me that she would take good care of me and help me with my ring repair.

She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. After my experience at this store, we've decided to continue our relationship with Kay.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Mrs June tonight! After having not so positive experiences with other Kay’s I was very nervous with going to the Tampa location. We would give Mrs June 10 starts if I could. She was able to help us pick out the perfect wedding bands! She was extremely patient with me as I tried on several different rings! She was very quick to help me invision the perfect ring and understood exactly what I was looking for!
