My boyfriend bought my engagement ring here. They are so patient and very happy to help and show you what they have to offer. The quality of the jewelry they offer is amazing. They are also one of the few jewelry stores in Madrid that offer platinum.

We just bought our wedding bands and they went out of their way to get them done in time since we had very short notice. We recommend them to anyone who wants great quality jewelry and great service.

Wonderful little jewelry store in Madrid. Found this lovely place in June of 2017 while on a business trip to Madrid. Was going to buy a certain ring for my girlfriend but the nice lady, Karina, that I think is an owner or manager convinced me to buy another proper ring. We phoned my then girlfriend, who was back in then USA, at 6 am her time, to confer. I bought the suggested ring and proposed to my girlfriend while we were in Scotland in August of 2017 and we were married at the Kildalton Cross in Islay Scotland in September 2017.
My wife and I were in Madrid in September of 2022 and went to that little jewelry store. Karina remembered me and met the woman I married with that wonderful ring.
We had them re-size the original ring along with some other required maintenance. It was all done at no charge. We had a very nice visit and when we come back to Madrid in the future, my wife has her eye on another beautiful ring.
Such an absolutely wonderful and personal experience which is such a rarity in the world these days.
Thank you Karina and Jorge Juan Diamonds for helping make our marriage a beautiful thing.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Jorge Juan and I could not be more thrilled with the whole experience. From the first moment they were extremely attentive and profesional. I wanted to use a diamond from my mothers ring and incorporate it into a new ring for my fiance. Ana listened to all of my thoughts and dreams and worked with their designers to produce a ring that is everything I had wanted and more.

The diamonds that o bought from them are incredible and came with all the official grading paperwork (a great bonus that other stores did not offer. I was also very impressed that at no time did the staff at Jorge Juan try to "up sell" anything.

From customer service to the final product. I could not be happier with my experience at Jorge Juan Joyeros! We will be back soon to get our wedding bands!
