They have very yellow jewelry and no prices in sight. You must ask the price of each item. They used to carry more quality items, but not much of that currently. Hopefully it will get back to the way it was.

Customer service here is great they are positive and upbeat. It's located directly in the center of Westfield UTC across from Swarvoski and C.J. Charles Jewelers.

Great customer service but the jewelry that is gold plated is expensive and I had a ring for 1.5 months and all the gold tarnished. I have other jewelry that is gold plated that does not fade that fast for 1/4 of the price. I wanted to return it and use my credit to get a nicer piece and they said no but I can come back whenever to get a new ring which is great but such a waste of material:( not a great business model, now I’ll come back for a new ring every 2 months since they have a “life time warranty” but won’t purchase another piece from them:( such a bummer

UTC Store has a SLOW long line and the store employees are letting couples in that only one is looking at merchandise. Wasting time when others could come in to shop. They should tell customers due to restrictions, only have buyer come in and please to be prompt. They are letting people look around for over 30 minutes. When they only allow 3 customers in the store they should limit it. Not good service. Horrible!
