I knew this was quality when I entered the store. Stina was very pleasant and showed me some white gold chains and some lovely gold hoop earrings.
I am very pleased with the service and the jeweler.

I wouldn't shop here again. I bought my wife's engagement ring here a few years ago and what I got for the price was honestly a rip off. A few years later now and I'm ready to upgrade I went back to fischers to see if they could help me sell the ring I purchased off of them and use some of the proceeds to buy a new ring. The lady told me (not in these words) but "we'll give you pennies on the dollar to help you sell it. We're a business and we need to make money too." I was taken back by that because didnt you make money off of me when you sold me the ring in the first place? Seemed kinda greedy that you would sell something at such a high retail price to your customer then when they're ready to sell it, upgrade and continue to shop with you you offer them nothing for consignment so you make all the proceeds while selling it. I thought that was really rude honestly. Another (minor) issue i had was that they require you to wear masks (August 2022) but when I walked in two gentleman working in the back weren't wearing them.. so i guess only the customers have to wear them.? I've since sold the ring and have shopped else where sorry you've lost my business.

This is a beautiful little shop, with a workshop on site. They carry beautiful items, a large variety too, fancy jewelry, local artists, estate jewelry and more! It's in great shape, small and homey and lit just right, but with a very professional (but not snobby) feel! They also carry Parade jewelry, which is a gorgeous line, and not that easy to find, the other shops closest on the central coast are in Ventura and SLO, so it's nice to have someone local to work with!
The staff are all awesome. My boyfriend and I have worked extensively with Stina, who is very sweet, nice, cheerful and very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop to anyone! You won't regret shopping here! You can even have a fresh K-cup coffee as you peruse the shop!

Because of Covid you will have to make in appointment to be shown their jewelry. However, once you get in to see the staff expect their undivided attention to whatever you need! They will clean and inspect you jewelry and if they find anything wrong with it they will give you a number of great options to help you.

Went in to have my jewelry cleaned and look at rings they are very professional and they have great customer service. Anna has helped me in the past and thank goodness she still there she's very cordial, knowledgeable and very nice I highly recommend This Fabulous jewelry store
