I got my engagement ring here, the staff are super friendly and helpful. They made the modifications to the ring with no complaints with quick turn around time, turning a 6 prong ring to a 4 prong so that I could have a princess cut instead of a round, James talked me through the process and helped me pay in segmants over the course of a week (they offer 90 days, I just chose a week) with no sort of additional charge or thing I have to do (they offered a credit card however it is not mandatory for the layaway) they double checked my ring size and the whole 9 yards. Extremely happy with the results.

I shopped all around and this place is by far the best in terms of quality craftsmanship and hospitality. I’ve had several items resized here and only here. The turnaround time for repair is excellent as well!

If I could give DC a 10*, I would. This place never ceases to amaze me. I went in this last Monday and worked with James. I explained I wanted a custom necklace with three birth stones. I explained I would like to have it by this weekend for my wife's birthday even though the average turn around for a custom necklace was 2 weeks. I realized I was asking for a lot on a specific budget but James said he'llget it done. To my surprise, James calls me two days later and it's ready! When I got there yesterday, I was blown away. He upgraded the gems because it looked better and he changed two to natural instead of lab grown, no extra charge and still under budget! Forgot Jared, Zales, Kay's and any other retailer. They would never do something like that just to please the customer. At this point, I'm sold as a customer for life. If anyone checks this out, visit the store at Dulles Town Center Mall, ask for James the owner and tell him Jeff sent you. You would be disappointed!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I was looking for a special piece for my birthday. My husband and I were treated like we had no business shopping there. I was looking for an infinity necklace. When I tried to explain what I wanted it was as if I was asking too much. Without allowing me to finish it was suggested to me I buy the item in sterling. No I wanted platinum. Or gold. Listen to what a person wants. Don’t assume also I was made to feel as if I was doing them a favor by being there. Extremely judgmental. I’m so happy I went with another place who gave me exactly what I wanted and had outstanding customer service. Maybe you should take a lesson on how to treat people
