I brought an antique gold ring that had worn out and. After talking to Cecilia and Cesar for a few minutes I felt very comfortable and knew I was in a good place.
Cecilia gave me an estimate on the ring, replaced a watch battery and agreed to give me an estimate on buying gold from a crown.
When I went back to get my ring I was very pleased with Cecilia's work. My ring was beautiful and back on my finger where it belongs!!

I went to see Cecilia to purchase a “push present” for my wife before our first child was born. Like a lot of men I am basically clueless when it comes to women’s jewelry, but she patiently helped me navigate the options available and helped me find a pendant that was in my budget.

Like a lot of men, I procrastinated and came to her only a week before our due date. She helped quickly source the gemstones and make the pendant as quickly as possible. But nature calls and my wife delivered 5 days early.

When the pendant was ready, Cecilia insisted on driving to my home to drop off the pendant so I could stay home to care for wife and baby. On a Sunday when her shop is normally closed. When she stopped by, she brought a beautiful bouquet and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy as well.

I was honestly shocked. I have never experienced customer service on this level. She went above and beyond to make this a special moment and my wife loved the flowers. And the pendant is absolutely beautiful.

If you want the best customer service experience from a jeweler you could possibly imagine, this is the spot!

I came to Cecilia's to purchase a gold chain for a pendant that is a family heirloom. She was very friendly, helpful, and also patient with me in my delay picking it up. When I came in to bring it, she noticed that my pendant had actually eroded and would cause damage to the chain. She let me see the damage too which I appreciated and then decided to also get the pendant reinforced. The job was done very quickly and I appreciate how Cecilia involved me in the process as well. Cecilia and her jewelry maker did an absolute fantastic job creating a custom matching wedding band set for my wife and I. We specifically requested the design of the bands to match my wife's antique engagement band which is over 100yrs old.
