I’ve purchased about 15 suits over the past 8 years, and today’s experience was by far the best! Gary assisted me, and I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, kind, and helpful he was. He made the entire suit-buying process smooth and enjoyable.

I had my 3.5-year-old son with me, and the ladies in the store were amazing with him! They played, laughed, and even chased him around, allowing me to focus on getting everything I needed without feeling rushed or stressed. The suit, shirt, ties, and shoes all came together perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier.

Lastly, I truly appreciated the warm welcome my military service received. It was a touching and thoughtful gesture.

To Gary and the wonderful ladies in the suit section today—thank you for making this such a memorable experience!

I received great service in the home section, which is the area I think shines in this store compared to other retailers in the mall.

My one gripe with Bloomingdale’s is that there are often so many conflicting/stackable sale promotions that make it difficult to strategize how you do your spending. I had a budget of $1,000 to $2,000 for bedding and such, and while my associate was really helpful in trying to help me get the most out of my budget, it seemed that literally everything was either “buy one get one half off” or “spend 500 get 100 back” to the point where I couldn’t even predict my total with a pen and paper in hand. As a result it just felt like i had to completely rely on the trust I had in my salesperson to direct me, and as an analytical shopper it was just kind of annoying. It seems like it’s in the interest of triggering shopping but it actually made me spend more conservatively because it makes it too difficult to predict.

The two ladies working in the denim section this evening were very unkind. I came in 15 mins prior to closing time, and not either worker acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. On top of that, when I asked if they carried a particular jean one of the ladies acted as if I was annoying her. Was probably being judged based on my looks. It’s fine, I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere else.

Yesterday we had a great experience at the Bloomingdale’s Palm Beach store, thanks to Ms. Arpi with the Women Apparel department. Last week my wife purchased a dress on line for my daughter’s wedding. It was shipped via UPS and expected delivery yesterday Wednesday 10/2. All updates from UPS stopped as on Monday 9/30 indicating that due to weather conditions updates would be provided once available. Called UPS customer service and unfortunately could not help other than advising me to call Bloomingdale’s and ask them to put a “tracer”. Well, Bloomingdale’s CS indicated they could not do that. However the rep was able to find the same dress/same size at the PB store. Gave me the number and reached Arpi. She was great. Found the dress and put it on hold for us. When we got there (1.25 hr drive north), she not only has the dress but also helped my wife trying it and providing other garments. Those two ladies, the CS rep (apologies as I did not capture her name) and Arpi showed what great customer service is. Understanding the issue. Taking ownership and following thru to a successful outcome. Thank you Arpi and CS Rep!!! Great job!!!

First time really shopping at Bloomingdale's. The men's side had quite a good selection of clothing. Luckily found a really nice vest for 40% off. And had a pleasure speaking to Gustav who was really helpful.

Since my wife loves shopping at Bloomingdales, I have delighted to sit and watch her spend OUR money. Today she bought "souvenir" coffee mugs and drink cups with a Bloomingdale label.
