I had an exceptional experience with Anye Designs. I bought an engagement ring from them, and Michelle, the retail manager, was amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I shared the date I planned to propose, and she went above and beyond by expediting the production process so that I received the ring on time.

When the ring arrived, it was absolutely stunning, so much so that I decided to move up my engagement. Anye Designs' customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process. Even when the ring turned out to be slightly too big, they offered a complimentary resizing, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Anye Designs for their outstanding service and beautiful jewelry!

The ring beautiful
The service- NOT so much
I purchased my ring without any referral simply based on chance. The ring was purchased just a few weeks ago, and now is $65 less expensive. I kindly asked for a price adjustment as it has only been a few weeks, but Michelle simply said no with no consideration. While, no one has to do the adjustment, when purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry from an unknown jeweler, it would have been common decency to do the adjustment being only a few weeks ago. I will never order anything from them again just out of principle. What a disappointing display of customer service. All for $65

I don’t even know where to start, massive thank you the Michelle at Anye as she was amazing.
My now fiancée was desperate to get the ring in time for our trip the Las Vegas and she made it happen in such short notice.
He was so excited to tell me about how helpful and how good the service had been, even after he knew he confused yellow gold for white gold. Gold is Gold he said!
Michelle was happy for him to propose as planned, and let us get it shipped back to be remade in Yellow Gold.
Michelle made the process seamless and kept us updated with everything, she did this during the ordering process also which put his mind at ease!
I’ve been following Anye on Instagram (@anyedesigns) for some time now, and knew this was the dream ring for me!
Again, I couldn’t thank Michelle any more! Definitely will be purchasing the wedding bands from them.

I got my wife’s diamond engagement ring with Anye. I couldn’t be happier. I’ve come across many jewelers in downtown LA before i made my decision. i mean Anye had it all covered. Their very skillful jewelers. I had a budget, and they did their best to get me the best for my budget. Even did a custom design. So many great people working in one place. highly recommend it!

Maya and her team are absolutely amazing!!! We had a tight schedule and they were able to accommodate us for our winter engagement in London.

They kept us updated every step of the way and sent plenty of videos and photos to make sure everything was to our liking

We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

We got the MJ Morganite in peachy pink and the gold crossover Baguette band for him.
