Staff were very accommodating as we were foreign tourists. They spoke English well which made our experience easier. The quality of pearls is from affordable to expensive. Would recommend to check this place out if you're interested in buying pearl jewellery! ?

Special mention goes to Ms. Noriko, the store manager, who provided outstanding service and shared her deep knowledge about pearls, helping me make an informed decision.

The jewelry is reasonably priced, catering to various budgets without compromising on quality. I was particularly impressed by their collection of Japanese Akoya pearls, known for their high luster and exceptional quality.

Disaster !!!! They sold me fake , damaged item !!!! And I bought it for full price!!! I demand return and refund!!!
One earring just fell down from my ear and broke without a reason in the airport!
I bought 4 items for 4000$!!! This is expensive price! The are no gold , they are very light, if I want to sell this person will give me 200 $ max !

This was an amazing experience! I got there 30 mins before closing. The staff offered me an excellent selection, high quality and price. The staff stayed an extra 30 mins after closing to finish payment and wrap for me. As we were checking out, I told them I was having a hard time finding a taxi. It was a wet dark evening, and it may have been because I was a tourist. The staff walked in the rain with me and helped me flag a taxi. She even gifted me an umbrella because it was better than my jacket.

After telling my father and father in law about the experience, they both asked me to take an order for them. The next day I visited a different Pearl store, but the quality was not near as good (and the prices were not much different). I went back to Tokyo Pearl, and I was fortunate to have the same staff member. I purchased three more items with great quality, price, and selection. Again they wrapped everything for me and they were extremely gracious.

This was an exceptional experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone visiting Japan!

I bought a pearl necklace from Tokyo Pearl yesterday afternoon and had a great experience. Their designs were beautiful and they had many options to choose from. I looked at many high quality Akoya pearls (so shiny and pretty!!). I got to customize my necklace a little bit, you can choose your own 18k gold or platinum chain and a pearl pendant to go with it. There were so many beautiful pieces with affordable prices, it was hard for me to decide on a favorite to get ? One of my favorite aspects of this store was that the staff were very friendly and patient. Asuka was so kind, she answered all my questions and helped me try on many different earrings and necklaces. She is awesome! Noriko was also so kind and helpful! It is ok if you don’t speak Japanese, they also spoke great English. I definitely recommend checking out Tokyo Pearl if you’re in the area 🙂 I’d love to come back if I come to Tokyo again in the future!

Excellent small store in the Ginza Shopping area. Use Google maps or similar as it is in a small quite street. Staff were incredibly patient and nice. Prices are good from my point of view. Plus you get 10% duty free plus I received an additional 10% as a promotion. They helped pick the right length, clasp and proper care. In the end you get what you pay plus you know they are real Japanese Akoya pearls with proper certification. The sales lady was soooo nice, patient and knowledgeable. My wife loved her pearl set of necklace and matching bracelet and earrings. Thank you
