Customer service has totally gone downhill! I have a gorgeous charm bracelet among several other various jewelry. My favorite charm is a flip flop with Tiffany blue enamel heart. It was so cheaply made, it broke. They wouldn’t replace it. I was upset but continued to shop there. Now, my husband bought me two charms in November (the charms get discontinued and you can’t get them so I was worried the two I wanted might not be available at a later time) and he held onto them to give one to me on Mother’s Day and one to me for my birthday in August. The closest store is a 40 minute drive, I don’t get up that way often. So I went in today to have one of the charms added on and now they’re going to charge me because it’s not the same month as the purchase. Poor taste Tiffany’s! I won’t be shopping here any longer.

So came here, Tiffany & Co. at South Coast Plaza.
I bought the ring with the help of the Client Advisor, Ms. Guita Moenzadeh.

I’ve been to a few different Tiffany’s locations, but hands down, the Costa Mesa location is my favorite because of their Client Advisor, Diane Yi. She is incredibly personable, professional, and delivers a bespoke client experience that every person would want and imagine having at Tiffany’s. From the champagne to the macarons to the beautiful jewelry selections, I could not have asked for a better experience. I love that I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Diane really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and for whom, and then helped educate me on the different designs. She even shared a bit of Tiffany’s history, which further convinced me that I was making the right decision of choosing Tiffany’s over another jeweler. It was such an enjoyable experience for me and I could tell, other clients love her too (one dropped at the end of my appointment, they were actually coming back on the same day to buy more from her). While every Tiffany’s location is beautiful and they generally have the same inventory, in my opinion it is worth it to come to this location because not all Client Advisors are as amazing as Diane. She really believes and stands by the Tiffany’s brand.

I’m so excited to gift this to a very special recipient! Thank you again, Diane! Can’t wait to continue my Tiffany’s journey with you!

Visiting a Tiffany store is always a wonderful experience. This store in particular had employees greet us in a friendly manner and one spent several hours helping us choose jewelry to buy. Truly an outstanding customer experience and makes me happy that we chose Tiffany over some of its competitors which didn't offer nearly as positive of a shopping experience.

I visited Tiffany’s to buy a silver necklace for my daughter’s birthday, but my experience was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and I felt that the treatment might have been influenced by my background or the item I was buying. C Li was particularly rude, and his behavior made us feel unwelcome. I was considering additional purchases but was deterred by his unprofessional demeanor. This experience has left me feeling discriminated against, which is unacceptable.

Tiffany & Co. should address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness. C Li, as a fellow minority, should be aware that everyone deserves equal respect. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service standards.

I had a very bad experience with Rachel Love. She is very confrontational and rude. Even though she is a manager and used to be a director, she has no respect whatsoever for a longtime client with a huge ego. I’m sorry for LVMH that keeps employees like this.

I am really disappointed about this, Tiffany. The customer service was not up to par. I wanted to buy a specific object, and I had a video of the website that assured me that the item was in stock. At first, the lady told me they did not have that item. Then, after I showed them the video, they told me that it was there. I also asked to buy "blue refills." After 10 minutes of waiting, the representative came back with black refills and told me that those were the refills I requested. I pointed out that I requested a different color. At home, I discovered that I was given objects that were slightly different (and cheaper) than the ones I had requested with the video. I have been a customer in two other locations, in different states (one in the Midwest and one on the East Coast), and this Tiffany has been the worst among the three different stores. Unfortunately, it was also the one I spent the most at. A client has the right to choose; I would have also liked to choose which customer representative to be served by. Other companies give the possibility to book appointments to find the customer representative appropriate for the customer.
