I don’t typically share or rate for bad experiences but I left here feeling so uncomfortable. I arrived and the door was locked and there was no jewelry on display so I thought maybe I was too early. I called and they said they were open but just keep the door locked. When they came to open the door the store manager made fun of me for not knowing how to knock on the door and I explained I didn’t knock as it appeared they were closed and I didn’t want to be rude. I came to try to sell some of my jewelry pieces I received from a deceased family member and he was not kind at all. I totally understand if the piece is not sellable, but he kept saying things like no one likes this style jewelry anymore and they weren’t worth anything to him and kept demanding I tell him what price I wanted for everything when I repeatedly said I’m not sure I don’t know what they are worth and he wouldn’t accept that as an answer. The other lady behind the counter even told him to ease up on me. I’m not upset because my jewelry wasn’t sold, I’m upset because of how I was treated, I’ve had my jewelry appraised and sold at two different locations and they were kind and helpful and not at all like this please. Please reconsider how you treat people.

I needed repair work done on two very delicate pieces - a pinky ring and a gold bracelet - and found Leesburg Jewelers nearby. I’m so glad I did! The shop is tucked away and the door is kept locked (the owners will let you in when you knock or wave) but the repair work they did for me is top notch and was so affordable. Wonderful quality service from long-time locals, and my husband and I loved hearing about their history when we stopped in. 100% will be coming back for future jewelry needs!

This place is five stars all the way!!!! I needed a battery changed and I figured I was going to pay either $40 or be sent to another shop. Not only did they change my battery but it was only $10 TOTAL. I do know that some watches will cost more or people will not touch certain brands. I had basically given up on the watch BUT am so grateful that we found Leesburg Jewelers as I now sport one of the watches that I love. They have a great selection of other fine jewelry items in the store as well. I am beyond thankful that they put their focus on CUSTOMER SERVICE and not draining my wallet. Far too often stores jack up the prices to make an extra buck and really could care less about you as a person or the item that you are either buying or having fixed. Leesburg Jewelers is the only place that you should go. Knowing that they have a master craftsman watch repair person on staff, I am taking one of my struggling watches in to get a tune-up. Keeping in mind we currently reside in NC, Leesburg Jewelers is my favorite place to shop for everything from antique, estate, heirloom to modern design rings, bracelets, earrings, unique watches and pendants/necklaces. We’ve been shopping there for 20 years. The selection always changes and inspires me. Ad and Elaine always make me and my husband feel at home, like family. There is such a good atmosphere here! It feels so comfortable walking in and talking with the store owners. The smell, the set up of the display cases, and the music all make this shop a great place to buy and alter jewelry. They do an amazing job on personalized settings and the jeweler has a great intuition.

Ad and Elaine are a wonderful part of our local business community here in Leesburg. They volunteer their time and talents in civic and sports activities and share their extensive knowledge in jewelry, Antiques ,clocks, watches etc at their store. It is adjacent to the George Marshall historic home (picture on Google listing is not their shop!) along with several brewery’s and the best tailor in town!

Their service is warm and friendly and prices are excellent. I love their collection of estate jewelry and their goldsmith’s original pieces. You will enjoy visiting here!

First went to a jeweler at Factory Outlet where they struggled to open my Festina watch. The suggestion was to send it in, minimum $75. I was also looking for a watch band. Their suggestion was $75. I passed on both offers. Leesburg Jewelers easily and professionally changed the battery and found a perfect replacement band for my backup watch. Total cost; $37. Thank you Mr Barnes.
Ps: the mall jeweler scratched the case trying to open it. Moral of story; take the family jewels somewhere where they have decades of experience.
