I bought a pair of earrings here on August 1st and by mid-October, the post snapped off the dangly earring part. They were unusable. I went back to ask that they replace them. They said anything after 14 days in normal wear and tear and I'd have to buy a new pair. To me, I expect a pair of earrings I buy to last longer than 14 days. Their stuff is cute, but I want it to last longer.

The owner gave me the best experience! 5/5 customer service, she was super patient and sweet. She told me she could customize the length on any pieces I picked so I didn’t have all the extra dangly length. There were so many pieces to choose from in gold and silver. Everything was also reasonably priced and made in house. Loved this spot and hope more people get to stop in and check it out!
