The personal service I received from Lynn was phenomenal. She really listened to what I needed to have done and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I had 5 rings resized and had 2 new rings made from an existing ring, the workmanship was outstanding, my rings look brand new and the diamonds and stones are sparkling. The price was reasonable for all the work that was done. Thank you so much for everything.

I want to recognize Vijay for his expertise, patience, and kindness. He helped my husband and I select a three-stone anniversary ring to match my 9-year old wedding band. He educated us about our natural center stone, recommended the best metal and even the best designer to make the ring.

Great experience working with Bobby for an engagement ring/wedding band set. We came in for an initial appointment to discuss likes and dislikes, try some things on, and order some samples. Once the samples arrived, we discussed use of a family heirloom stone and found the perfect setting. I never felt upsold to buy a larger diamond or more expensive design, and while the pricing was higher than chain stores, I was happy to give this small jeweler my business. Overall very pleased and will return here in the future!

Purchasing a wedding band at Midtown Jewelers was a positive experience on all counts. The store is in a good location, the size is on the smaller end but the selection was pretty big, and the service was good. I did not feel pressured and I felt taken care of.
