Loved my lemon dress and purse so much I ended up having it as my wedding dress. ?
Also notice the happy hour shoes. They are so comfortable!!

Five stars!! Had the most wonderful and special experience here! I think it was Lindsey, Bailey, and Rachel who helped me while I was there (I am terrible at remembering names so my apologies if I got any of those wrong), and they were all so sweet!! Above and beyond customer service and just genuinely lovely people. Thank you so much for the help!

This is the best Kate Spade Store I have ever been! I bought two shoes at a smaller size and I got blisters, but the sales helped me with replacing new shoes at my normal size with no frictions. I’m impressed by the their friendliness and super nice tone to the customers. If I were to come back again, I’ll definitely come back and visit again! ?❤️?

I never review, but I’ve had so many stellar experiences at this store that I just had to. Every single person working has always been friendly, helpful, supportive, and informative! I come in sometimes with my dog Thumper and they always remember him and are so welcoming to both of us. Shoutout to Pam for helping me go back and forth on a pair of earrings and a bag for like 45 minutes before I decided to bring them home- I love them, and I had a great experience buying them! I’ll 100% be back to this location, it’s the best one in San Diego by far.

Such a great team when I visited a while back. I wanted to return a wallet I bought on impulse and without a question or the feeling of pressure to exchange it was amazing. I ended up helping them out by setting their business on Google maps, store hours and taking a couple of photos, since they did not have any recognition at the time.

Amazing customer service I had never been to this location and had to go because Fashion Valley location was closed. Brittany was able to help me with and exchange on a backpack that had a manufacture problem. I was very satisfied with the customer service of all the employees and especially from Brittany. Will be coming to this location more often.
