Brought my Rolex and some of my wife’s jewelry in for repair. Ended up buying some new items since their prices are unbeatable. Sean is very straight forward and explained the whole process for items being repaired. They did a fantastic job within the timeframe they promised. I bought a few jewelries BUT online and they were so nice. They helped me by seeing the ring up close with a video and the jewelry at different angles. They also reply very fast. They are active with answering your questions right when you ask them. I’m always happy whenever I get my jewelry sent to my house. I recommend buying there brand. I believe that when you buy there brand, you won’t be upset. 10/10 love there brand and how they communicate with me.
