We had the most fabulous time here. We came to Charleston for our anniversary and wanted a special piece of jewelry. Joint Venture has the most incredible selection of estate jewelry I’ve ever seen in one store! The staff were friendly and helpful, and never pushy about making a sale which I really enjoyed. My son bought me a gold chain for my birthday. After owning it for only six months the clasp broke. When I took it in to have it repaired, Helen (or Ellen) was unprofessional, rude and disagreeable, making a simple repair into a discussion about her feelings. With so many options for unique jewelry in CHS, I will never again deal with this shop or their employees. Rather unfortunate to lose a lifelong customer over a simple $35 repair.

Joint Venture is my absolute favorite place to buy jewelry. Anytime I have friends or family visiting, this is the first place I take them. Someone always leaves happy with a new piece. There is something for everyone and the customer service is unmatched. Each employee is friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. Went in to browse with friends. Was not looking for something but ended up with the most beautiful necklace. Very happy with my purchase. I loved how the anchor chain lays so perfectly. Have gotten many compliments!

We stopped in today to browse their selection because we enjoy the unique jewelry; it is always changing with every visit. Trevor helped me find a tie pin to wear after looking at a few different designs. Ellen took the time to discuss a ring with my granddaughter and took her ring size for future purchase; possibly a Christmas present from me! They treat each person like family. Part if every trip down here, Joint Venture will always be on the itinerary.

Joint Venture is a fine jewelry store with incredible service and dazzling beautifully curated jewelry for sale. As well, their watch repair team has consistently been able to keep my super old and precious Omega ticking. The Joint Venture watch repair team are helpful and knowledgeable. Joint Venture, locally owned on lower King Street is always my first choice for watch service, pearl cleaning, and while waiting it is easy to get distracted by all the gorgeous quality jewelry and watches for sale.

What can you say about such an amazing team?! Ellen was so wonderful with her personal touch and assistance. Then Trevor made my experience complete with his friendliness and thorough attention to detail to help me find the absolute perfect engagement ring! They had such a wide selection to choose from, but he found the one that made her melt when I slid it on her finger. You guys have a customer and friend for life!
