Today my husband and myself carrying a one year old baby stopped by the store to get my VC bracelet resized. And the lady at the front door and store manager were really rude unprofessional, they refused to let us in and put us in a waitlist promising to notify us in less than 20min, however after 40min long wait with holding a baby in hot afternoon outside, they told us we will have to wait additional 2 hours with poker faces. They could have told us earlier to reschedule another day so that we don’t have to wait as baby is crying all the time. I’m so disappointed for the staff’s unprofessional attitude.

Today 6/22/2024 11:30am my wife and myself stopped by the store to get a set of VC jewelry cleaned. And the lady at the front door was really rude unprofessional! Making faces! The two gentleman standing upfront were very polite and very professional. I’m not rich by any means, but I work hard to buy myself nice things. She just made ourselves feel out of place.. I will definitely will not be returning to this store, and my next VC purchase will be somewhere else!

My visits to the Highland Park VCA are always marvelously special. All of the staff are lovely and inviting, from the security on duty to the sales associates. The store is immaculate and provides an intimate shopping experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Paige, who consistently provides beyond superb service. I greatly appreciate her attentiveness, patience, responsiveness, and friendly demeanor. She’s a wonderful asset to their team and look forward to obtaining more treasures for my jewelry collection!

I had a terrible experience at Van Cleef & Arpels. Despite already paying for my jewelry and not having received it yet, the front lady refused to let me in. It was extremely hot outside, and on multiple occasions, I’ve been let in without an appointment. But today, even with my receipt in hand, she blatantly denied me entry. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, and I’m deeply offended. I’m no longer interested in being a customer of Van Cleef & Arpels
