We wandered in one day to look at diamonds and after meeting Marcie and discussing our dream ring, she and Chelsey (the (truly) master craftsman) took on the challenge with gusto and came up with our custom, one of a kind, absolutely breathtaking ring that I will cherish to my last breath. I have been a Diamond Cellar customer for 20 years now. I've always had a wonderful experience with every person who helped me with a purchase throughout the years. Last year, I was looking for something specific and was introduced to Randy Segal. Randy invited my wife and I in to come see him to discuss this important decision and purchase. He took the time to understand my wife's preferences and guided her through the array of options that were available. The item I wanted was not as readily available. Recently, after some time patiently waiting, Randy surprised me with the item I was looking for. It is a day i will not forget. I had an outstanding experience at Diamond Cellar with Marcie - I sadly lost my engagement ring over 10 years ago, and the time finally came for me to look for a new replacement. I admit I went into the store expecting to feel pushed, but the experience couldn't have been further from that. Marcie is incredibly kind, compassionate, and treats you like a friend. My fiancé and I went in to have my engagement ring looked at and to get my actual ring size because it turned out to be 3.5 sizes too big. Caroline, who helped us, was very kind and understanding when we had to explain that getting the ring redone was unfortunately well beyond our budget. She still gave us her card to contact her personally should we ever have any more questions or need her assistance again. Overall it was a wonderful experience just for the staff alone!
