Nathan was amazing in helping me pick an engagement ring for my girlfriend. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the options available. At no moment did I feel pressured or forced to make any decisions or purchases. He just walked me through everything without the "salesman pitch" attitude. Capri Jewlery has so many beautiful diamonds and sets and my now fiance is in love with her ring. The size was a bit too large for her and Nathan made accommodations to have it resized at no charge. Let me start off by saying…Nathan Is AMAZING!!!! He is kind, funny, understanding, patient and extremely professional. I reached out to Nathan about a custom ring I wanted to present to my now fiancée. We communicated from my very first question, inquiring if he could do it all the way to the actual proposal! He sent pictures/videos of the customization so I could be a part of the process, which I thought was Awesome. He kept me at ease through the entire process. He was always available to answer and very responsive to questions. He even kept up with the date of the proposal, asking how it went and for pictures, like an old friend. That was just my experience with Nathan! The Ring!!!!!!! The ring is Phenomenal!…and she absolutely LOVED it! It is a magnificent work of art and I realize I may be bias, but I also believe I’m right. Nathan and his family provide an artistry to jewelry that is unmatched! Nathan helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring and gave me really good deal! He kept in contact and updated me throughout the whole process. The ring was actually finished and ready for pick up sooner than expected. It was exactly what I was hoping for and my fiancé could not be any happier!

Nathan from Capri was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us and talked us through every question we possibly had for hours over two visits. Then when I had even MORE questions, he was super responsive over the phone to make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold he just spoke honestly about everything and gave me advice, as if to a friend.

The ring we ended up getting was perfect. My fiancé was thrilled when she finally saw it. I cannot recommend this business enough and will be sending Capri to everyone looking for an engagement ring in the future.
